- Meditation: Meditation is one of the most efficient methods for creating astral travel or lucid dreaming. Meditation is a practice that involves quieting the mind and directing one’s attention inward, and it has been demonstrated to provide numerous physical and mental health advantages. To begin using meditation-inducing astral travel or lucid dreaming, choose a comfortable and quiet spot to sit. Then, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, allowing yourself to relax. Pay attention to any ideas, feelings, or sensations that occur during your meditation and try to let them pass without becoming caught up in them. You may notice yourself drifting into a deeper state of consciousness as you meditate. This is a good indication since it suggests you’re loosening your grip on the actual world and opening yourself up to the potential of astral travel or lucid dreaming. —>Read more on this topic!
- Visualization: Visualization is another method for inducing astral travel or lucid dreaming. Visualization is the process of forming mental images in your mind’s eye, and it may be a very effective tool for assisting you in reaching higher realms of awareness. To utilize visualization to induce astral travel or lucid dreaming, first select a comfortable and quiet spot to sit. Allow yourself to relax by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. Create a vivid mental image of a location or event that reflects the astral realm or lucid dream state to you. This might be a lovely beach, a tranquil alpine landscape, or anything else that holds special importance for you. Pay attention to the details when you envision this location or scenario – what does it look, sound, and feel like? What do you see, hear, or feel? The more vividly you can picture this location or event, the more probable it is that you will visit it during your astral flight or lucid dreaming experience.
- Intentions: Having an intention communicates that you desire to experience something. It does not have to be what we think to be correct or incorrect. Finally, whether we realize it or not, we communicate intentions even when we are not aware of it. The greatest method to take control of your astral journey is to communicate your intentions to the cosmos. You must determine what you want to experience and why!
- Affirmations and Mantras: Mantras are words that you repeat to yourself to remind yourself of a value or something you stand for. Affirmations help to cement your beliefs or make your mantras more powerful. ‘I am a winner’ can be a mantra as well as an affirmation. When it becomes a mantra, you utilize it on a daily basis to remind yourself that you are a winner. While utilizing it as an affirmation makes you more aware of the fact that you are a winner.
- Letting go of judgment: This is the most common reason why many people become caught in their mental ruts without even realizing it. Another sign that you are a very judgmental human is the stories that run through your mind all the time. You then transfer that onto the rest of your environment.
- Energy Awareness: Today, many spiritual practices are incorporating energy work into their teachings. This is because they’ve realized you’re a huge portion of energy, which means a lot of energy flows in and out of your system. According to certain teachings, everything is a different type of energy. While light is the most rapidly moving energy, matter is a lower vibration of the same energy. Because we are matter, we are also energy. In Steve G. Jones’s course you will learn a lot about energy work, chakras, kundalini…
- Hypnosis: A hypnotherapist must use their unique ability to produce a very deep trance state that allows the client to access subconscious levels of cognition in order to achieve astral projection. During this procedure, the client can connect with their inner world and eventually achieve an elevated level of consciousness—an altered condition in which their mind can transcend beyond the physical confines of their body. A hypnotherapist can help clients accomplish astral projection by guiding them into deeper trance states with practice and perseverance. Additionally, some practitioners use external visualization techniques such as guided meditations and relaxation visualizations in conjunction with vocal instruction to assist their clients in entering this altered state. A hypnotherapist can help clients focus inside, achieve astral projection, and explore beyond physical worlds with guidance and direction. —> Read more on this topic!

- Indirect method: You can find this method in Michael Raduga’s book -“The Phase”, which you can download here for free! So I just summarize it here shortly.
STEP 1: SLEEP 6 HOURS AND THEN WAKE UP WITH AN ALARM CLOCK
Simply set your alarm for 6 hours later and get as much rest as you can. Don’t try any techniques first. When you wake up, get out of bed for a few minutes to go to the restroom, drink, and read these instructions on a piece of paper.
STEP 2: GO BACK TO SLEEP WITH AN INTENTION
Set a clear intention: when you wake up, you will not move your physical body and will Astral Project. Prepare your activities; what will you do on the “other side”?
STEP 3: SEPARATE THE INSTANT YOU AWAKEN
When you initially wake up, don’t just turn over and open your eyes. Instead, take advantage of your grogginess to disconnect from your body! Trust yourself and remember that this is achievable in those few seconds after waking up; it will seem like normal bodily movement without lifting a finger. Even if you can’t figure it out right away, keep resolute – what counts most is that you don’t lose out on the opportunity to liberate yourself from your own body with each awakening!
STEP 4: CYCLING TECHNIQUES AFTER ATTEMPTS TO SEPARATE
Don’t give up if your initial try at separation failed! Here are five fantastic approaches to try right now. Choose 2-3 that make the most sense and perform them for 5 seconds each. It may only take a few seconds to notice that it isn’t working. If one does not work, switch instantly without shifting your body or opening your eyes. If you believe the approach will work, persist with it and quickly separate your astral and physical bodies! If you are unable to separate, return to the process and increase it.
Rotation: Try to envision rotating to either side along your head-to-toe axis as vividly as possible for 3 to 5 seconds. If no feelings appear, try a different technique. If you feel a true or even small sense of rotation, concentrate on this approach and rotate even more aggressively. You should try to separate again using the sensation of rotating as a starting point as soon as it becomes stable and real.
Swimmer technique: For 3 to 5 seconds, attempt to envision yourself swimming or making swimming motions with your arms as clearly as possible. Try to feel it as strongly as you can, no matter what. If nothing happens, try a different technique. If the sense of swimming arises, there is no need to change techniques. Rather, amplify the sensations that develop. Following that, you will experience the true sense of swimming in water. That’s already the phase, and there’s no reason to separate when you’re already in it. If such sensations occur when you are in bed rather than in a body of water, you will need to use a separating technique. Use the feelings of swimming as a starting point.
Observing images: For 3 to 5 seconds, look into the emptiness with your closed eyes. If nothing happens, try a different technique. Peer into every imagery you come across until it becomes realistic. Once it is, separate from the body right then and there, or allow yourself to be pulled into the imagery. It is critical not to study minutiae when looking at pictures, lest the image wash away. You’ll need to glance into the image to make it more realistic.
Hand visualization: Imagine vividly and firmly rubbing your hands together close to your eyes for 3 to 5 seconds. Try everything you can to feel them in front of you, see them, and even hear the sound of them rubbing. If nothing happens, try a different technique. If any of the following sensations appear, continue with the approach and enhance it until it becomes completely realistic. After that, strive to detach from the body, using the sensations that arise through the technique as a starting point.
Phantom wiggling: For 3 to 5 seconds, wiggle your perceived hands or feet. Under no circumstances should a muscle be moved, nor should the action be imagined. For example, try pressing down and then up, wriggling to the left and right, and so on. If nothing happens, try a different technique. If a slight or sluggish sensation of real movement suddenly appears, concentrate on the method, attempting to enhance the range of motion as much as possible. When you can travel at least 4 inches, strive to separate from your body instantly, beginning with the sensations caused by the technique.
You will find many more techniques in “The Phase”.
