Here’s a simple EFT tapping script you can use to help overcome any emotional blocks you may have around astral projection:

Step 1: Identify the issue

Take a moment before you begin tapping to identify the specific emotional blocks or negative beliefs that are preventing you from experiencing astral projection. Some typical examples include:

Step 2: Rate the intensity

On a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the most intense, rate the intensity of the emotional blocks or negative beliefs you identified in step 1.

Step 3: Begin tapping

Using the fingertips of one hand, tap the following poínts on the body while repeating the affirmation:
